Conditions of trade
All prices given in the shop are Euro prices.
All orders are to be paid in advance. The client has the right to reclaim as long as 21 days after received the ordered goods as the EU-Law for online business for cosmetics and perfumery products dictates. You can send back to our freight expenses if the ordered articles have a value over € 40.-.
Alcoholic beverages (beer):
We do not send beer (alcohol: 5%) to people below 16 or 18 (depending on the countries laws of the receiver) For this reason you must specify your age if you order beer. We will ask for a copy of your ID document to check your age before delivery.
Orders for alcoholic beverages and hemp food:
After received order for alcoholic beverages we will ask for a copy of your identity document to proof that the receiver of the order has the minimum age needed to purchase alcoholic beverages. This minimum age is different depending on the countries.
To some countries we do not delivery alcoholic beverages like to USA or Canada.
Generally we do not take any responsibility for extra expenses due to import procedures or import tax fees for alcoholic beverages (Wine and Beer) or alcoholic perfumes (in some islamic countries). Those products may be not allowed to be imported in these countries.
The client is self responsible for the import laws in the receiving country, specially for obeying the laws for alcoholic beverages and hemp containing food and for any expenses that an order done by the client (receiver) may occasionate if the ordered goods can not be imported in the clients/receiver country. Back sending due to customs reasons must be paid by the client/receiver.
All our hemp containing products are free to circulate in Germany and so in the EU, in the meantime also in other civilized countries like Japan and Korea.
Payment security:
We do not ask for credit card payments directly from our shop due to security reasons. We do not gather clients details. We accept bank invoices and payments with credit cards over PayPal
sending your payments to: PayPal@dupetit.de. See more below.
We send as "Registered mail" so that we always can track our deliveries.
Once your order has being sent and received by us we wait until the payment has being received into our account.
After received payment we send your order into the given address and to the person's name stated in the order form.
Delivery time is latest 48 working hours (weekends excluded!) after received payment. Depending on which way you have chosen for your payment, this can take some days.
To avoid problems of coordination retoure should be coordinated with us by email to: carmen @ dupetit.de .
If this is not possible for any reasons we advise you to send reccomended, so that you can track the sending.
Damaged deliveries:
If you receive a damaged parcel (broken parcel, wet or strong smelling parcel), please let the parcel go back stating in a written way, if possible, that the parcel was damaged.
Payments:
Please follow the instructions that will appear once you have sent the order or in the automatic email that you get after sent order and/ or in our sec ond email wirth all details includding your client number, invoice number and our bank details for your payment.
